The warden, at his discretion, will allot accommodation/room.
No allotment, either permanent or temporary, will be made to those who are in arrears of hostel or mess dues, under ordinary circumstances.
Unauthorized occupation of room in hostel by any student or his relative/friend will make him liable for disciplinary action. In addition to this, penalty rate of rent @ Rs. 500 per day will be charged.
Student must occupy only the room allotted to him by the warden. Mutual exchange of accommodation/room is permitted only after approval of warden.
Allotment of accommodation made in favour of any student is subject to cancellation, if he fails to occupy it before a noticed date. Student will also forfeit his accommodation/room, if he fails to clear all his dues to the hostel by specified date. In all such cases the accommodation/room may be allotted to other deserving cases.

Every hostel inmates will be provided photo identity card by the management and must be produced on demand.
Identity card should be surrendered while vacating the hostel.
In case of loss/damage, replacement of identity card will be issued at a cost of Rs 100/-

Students seeking admission to the hostel should pay the following:

Admission Fee Rs 100/- Non-refundable
Hostel Deposit – Three months of rent, refundable at the time of leaving the hostel.
The rate of rent and the mode of payment will be decided by the hostel authorities from time-to-time.
